    The deadline for canceling a booking is 48 hours before the check-in date or when a third party appointed by you takes possession of the service.

  • Reimbursement:
    We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the booking, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

    The booking was made in the last 30 days.

  2. Cancellation Timeline:
    The cancellation request is made within the specified deadline.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services cannot be refunded:

  • Customized Packages:
    The supply of services made to your specifications or personalized.

  • Last-Minute Bookings:
    Services are booked within 48 hours of the check-in date.

  • Special Events and Promotions:
    Services are offered during special events, promotions, or peak seasons.

  • Other Conditions:
    We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any bookings that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Services

  • Responsibility:

Gifts or 3rd Party Booking

  • Gift Purchases:
    If the service was marked as a gift when booked, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your cancellation. Once the cancellation is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • Gift Refunds:
    If the service wasn't marked as a gift when booked, or the gift giver had the order confirmed to them so they could give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
